The
SB Family School Logo
is a home made out of math
symbols – because our
original mission was to provide math
groups for homeschoolers.
Although our mission has expanded, we're still a home-based
math program.
The logo was initially designed in 2003 by a mother-daughter homeschooling pair, mostly by the mother. Back then, it was created completely in Word Art®, mostly by the daughter, who was only 11 years old. (Anyone who has used Word Art will realize that that's an amazing feat.) Recently, it has been redone by the pair in Adobe Illustrator® (which is not an amazing feat because it's an amazing program).
A simpler version of the logo is featured on the SB Family School team t-shirts.
